Hi there! I'm Mo Zhou, a dedicated Service/Experience Designer with a keen focus on uncovering innovation opportunities within service systems and deliver enjoyable, impactful service products.

My two years in the consulting industry have equipped me with the skills to significantly enhance user experience and drive sustainable business value for service providers. I thrive in environments that require workshop facilitation, cross-functional collaboration, and meticulous design crafting.

I enjoyed my time spent at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) while pursuing my  MFA degree in Service Design. Before moving to the United States, I completed my undergraduate degree in Industrial Design at Shanghai Maritime University (SMU).

Outside of work, I'm full passion on sports, fashion, film,and travel.
